Shipping policy
At Jinglejoy, we are committed to being completely transparent about our shipping processes and timelines. Please review the following information to understand how and when your order will be delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched from different warehouse locations, including facilities in the United States and China, depending on product availability and the fulfillment location assigned to your order.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
Handling Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for our warehouse team to pick, pack, and process your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST (GMT -08:00), or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Transit Time & Total Delivery Time
Transit Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping carrier, and destination.
Estimated Delivery: Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed. Some orders may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: Jinglejoy currently offers free shipping on all orders within the United States.
5. Order Tracking
Yes, all shipments include tracking. Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
While we strive for perfect deliveries, transit issues can occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged, if your tracking shows a delay significantly beyond the 14-day window, or if you suspect your package is lost, please contact us immediately. Please include your Order Number so we can assist you promptly.
